Refund Policy

We hope you love your Lava Linens gear! If you decide it’s not right for you and your adventures, you may return or exchange it within 60 days of purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your Lava Linens gear, let us know. Email your order number and what you would like to exchange to: info@shoplavalinens.com. We’ll provide a printable shipping label at no charge.

As soon as your exchange is on its way back to us, we’ll send the replacement towel and wave the shipping costs.

Returns within the U.S.

If you would like to return your towel, email your order number and what you would like to return to: info@shoplavalinens.com. We’ll provide a printable shipping label at no charge.

After we receive your return, we’ll refund your purchase.

International Returns

If you would like to return your Lava Linens gear, please email your order number and what you would like to return to: info@shoplavalinens.com.

Please note, you are responsible for return shipping charges.

If you would like us to provide a shipping label, we are happy to do so at cost. We will choose the most economical option and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If you choose to mail your return on your own, please purchase tracking and insurance. We are not able to refund a return if we do not receive it.

After we receive your return, we will refund your purchase.

Repair Policy

We aim to keep our products in circulation for as long as possible. Help us do so by choosing to repair your towels instead of sending them to the landfill. Or, if you’re done using your towel, send it to us and we’ll find a way to dispose of it as eco friendly as possible.

Defects:

We offer a one-year warranty on all defects in materials, craft-woman-ship, and product failures.

Wear and Tear:

Some adventures are more rugged than others; we've got your back. We're happy to provide repairs for any normal wear and tear. Please note, you are responsible for shipping costs.

We reserve the right to determine that a product is beyond repair.

$6.50 Flat Rate Standard Shipping (typically arrives within 5-7 business days).

Free Economy Shipping when you spend $50+ (typically arrives within 5-7 business days).

$10.00 Flat Rate Economy Shipping (typically arrives within 2-4 business days).

Free Expedited Shipping when you spend $150+ (typically arrives within 2-4 business days).

DHL Express shipping service is offered for all international orders. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
