Refund Policy
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange one towel for another, let us know. Email your order number and what you would like to exchange to: info@shoplavalinens.com. We’ll provide a printable shipping label at no charge.
As soon as the towel you are exchanging is on its way back to us, we’ll send the replacement towel and wave the shipping costs.
Returns within the U.S.
If you would like to return your towel, email your order number and what you would like to return to: info@shoplavalinens.com. We’ll provide a printable shipping label at no charge.
After we receive your return, we’ll refund your purchase.
International Returns
If you would like to return your towel, please email your order number and what you would like to return to: info@shoplavalinens.com or call us: 907.439.2590.
Please note, you are responsible for return shipping charges.
If you would like us to provide a shipping label, we are happy to do so at cost. We will choose the most economical option and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you choose to mail your return on your own, please purchase tracking and insurance. We are not able to refund a return if we do not receive it.
After we receive your return, we will refund your purchase.
Repair Policy
Start your towel repair process by emailing us a photo and description of the damage to info@shoplavalinens.com.
Shipping Terms
- $5.50 Flat Rate Economy Shipping (typically arrives within 5-8 business days).
- $7.50 Flat Rate Expedited Shipping (typically arrives within 3-4 business days).
