As soon as the towel you are exchanging is on its way back to us, we’ll send the replacement towel and wave the shipping cost.

After we receive your return, we’ll refund your purchase.

If you would like us to provide a shipping label, we are happy to do so at cost. We will choose the most economical option and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you choose to mail your return on your own, please purchase tracking and insurance. We are not able to refund a return if we do not receive it.
After we receive your return, we will refund your purchase.
We aim to keep our products in circulation for as long as possible. Help us do so by choosing to repair your towels instead of sending them to the landfill. Or, if you’re done using your towel, send it to us and we’ll find a way to dispose of it as eco friendly as possible.
We offer a one-year warranty on all defects in materials, craft-woman-ship, and product failures.

We’re a small business. Therefore, we are not always able to offer free shipping. For all shipping within the US, we are happy to offer subsidized pricing. We pay some of the cost to take the full burden off of you!

We offer USPS Ground Select ($3.95) and USPS Priority Mail ($7.95).
All orders of $100 or more qualify for free USPS Priority Mail shipping.
Shipping outside of the US
We offer USPS and DHL Express shipping worldwide. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
All international orders of $250 or more qualify for free international shipping.
